
Operations Manager - Food Processing Industry

Role Overview:
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth execution of operational processes across departments.
- This role requires driving operational efficiency, maintaining high service and quality standards, and supporting business objectives through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure uninterrupted business functioning across operational units
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to achieve performance and service excellence
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent operational planning and process optimization capabilities
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-11 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within food processing or food services.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations and teams.
- Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
