Responsibilities:  - Validate, authenticate and verify customer details based on our KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines.  - Review the documents submitted by customers and communicate with the customer for any outstanding documentation.  - Co-coordinating with customers for execution of loan agreement.  - Working with the document collection agency to ensure timely collection of the original agreement.  - Managing the fund movement at disbursal of loans and at the collection of EMI/repayments.  - Notify borrowers and follow-up for any missed/delayed payments.  - Liaise with sales team, customer relations team and credit team to ensure efficient delivery of our value proposition (what can be substituted for this- ) to customers and handling customer queries/complaints  - Act as a liaison between the customer and the team to enable efficient delivery of our value proposition and to ensure customer satisfaction.  Requirements  - A - Can do- attitude with the zeal and initiative to make things happen.  - A futuristic vision with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  - Graduate/CA/MBA degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.  Desired Skills  - A natural problem solver with the ability to anticipate problems, recognize them when they arise, and solve them as quickly, efficiently, and practically as possible.  - An Analytical thinker with the ability to understand the overall vision and translate it to minute details.  - A passionate about creating amazing software solutions that resolve the most challenging problems, and continuously strive to make technology when good just isn- t enough.  - A Communication Maestro with the ability to understand completely, communicate clearly, effectively, and regularly, and share knowledge gained with others.  - A Collaborator who can provide an array of skills that helps the team function in unison as one entity.
