Key Responsibilities:
- Build, streamline, and scale operational processes to ensure efficiency across business units.
- Lead and inspire teams with a balance of empathy and accountability, fostering a results-driven culture. Manage workload spikes by proactively identifying solutions-whether by optimizing internal resources or engaging external partners.
- Track and enforce timelines rigorously, ensuring business commitments are met without compromise.
- Continuously review and refine workflows to support rapid business growth and evolving client needs.
- Partner with senior leadership to align operational strategy with overall business goals.
- Act as a hands-on problem solver and decision-maker in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all departments have the necessary resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and other needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and setup of workstations.
- Strong people management skills-able to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- A "getting things done" attitude with resourcefulness and execution focus. Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and find quick, effective solutions to operational challenges.
