Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain and operational processes within our FMCG division. The role involves ensuring efficient production planning, smooth warehouse operations, effective vendor coordination, and timely product delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical, leadership, and process-optimization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

- Manage warehouse operations ensuring optimal stock levels, storage efficiency, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

- Track and improve supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

- Coordinate closely with vendors, transporters, production teams, and sales to ensure uninterrupted supply.

- Implement process improvements to enhance operational flow, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

- Lead and train cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and timely execution.

- Monitor demand forecasts and align operational strategy with business goals.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
