Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations and property operations/client management, preferably with leading competitors in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end facilities services and operations across multiple client sites.
- Ensure efficient and compliant management of all technical operations, preventive maintenance, and asset performance.
- Manage vendor performance, service delivery, and contract compliance to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing operational issues and ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports, budgets, and operational updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and compliance standards at all managed sites.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management, preferably in technical/engineering-led IFM operations.
- Strong vendor management and multi-site operations experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English).
- Ability to handle clients, contractors, and internal teams with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Should be from the facilities management industry only.
