Operations Manager

Description:

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management

- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or garment/textile industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor team performance and drive operational efficiency and productivity.

- Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and supplier coordination to maintain seamless supply chain operations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to support business growth and profitability.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or issues promptly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and sales to meet company goals.

- Prepare and present periodic operational reports to senior management.
