- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and drive organizational change.

- Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in interpreting data, identifying trends, and crafting data-driven strategies.

- Proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
