The Role: Operations Lead/Manager - Payment Command Center Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of payment systems, operations, and processes. - Expertise in incident management and client support within a payments environment. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 operational environment. - Analytical skills for real-time data monitoring and reporting. - Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools. - Familiarity with ISO standards and emerging payment technologies like RPA and AI (preferred).
