Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site supervisors, procurement specialists, and operational staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Provide strategic direction in operational planning, resource allocation, and workflow management to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient processes, procedures, and workflows to streamline project execution and maximize productivity.
- Identify operational gaps and drive process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality control.
- Collaborate with project management teams to create project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Offer ongoing operational support throughout project lifecycles, monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize resources to meet timelines and budget targets.
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services.
- Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in line with industry best practices and local codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design specifications and client expectations.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, working with finance teams to analyze costs, variances, and profitability.
- Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to optimize budgets and improve overall profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in operations and site management within an interior design or build firm.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and responsiveness.
- Strong communication, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Background:
- Ideal candidates will have experience working with established interior design, architecture, or turnkey execution firms.
