Operations Lead/Delivery Head

Role: Operations Lead/Deliver Head

Reporting To: Head, Supply Chain,

Experience: MBA in Supply Chain/Operations with min. 7 years of relevant work experience

Type of Role: Leadership role which leads a team of 5-10 people

As the Operations lead you will be in the hotseat and it is your job to get things executed smoothly and according to plan.

The expectations from this role is as follows:

1. Be in the hotseat and balance the golden Troika of SCM, cost, quality and speed, which are the KRAs for the role

2. Setup SOPs, automations and systems which help the organization scale over the next decade

3. Analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs

4. Firefighting on daily level to ensure mitigation of risks to not turn into issues or incidents

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions

6. Discuss and negotiate logistics contracts with vendors to ensure effective movement of goods at the most efficient cost

7. Leading, mentoring, and developing a younger team, and ensuring they are well-equipped through training and professional development
