Operations Lead About us Our venture is a boot-strapped venture funded by a leading Indian Tyre OEM that has a vision to provide a full-stack of trusted mobility solutions to Indian car owners. It has started testing out operations in Gurgaon with offering Periodic Services to vehicle owners out of their OEM warranty. The venture plans to expand product lines into minor repairs and accessories segment in subsequent quarters. Operations lead at our venture We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Lead to join our team. The Operations Lead will be responsible for the overall management of our at-home car repair service operations, including scheduling, logistics, quality control, and customer service. This is a leadership position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience managing teams and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving operational efficiency, be able to manage a team of mechanics, and have experience in logistics and supply chain management. Your role As the Operations lead, your key responsibilities will be to: - Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure high-quality, timely, and efficient service delivery to our customers - Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of mechanics for at-home car repair services - Manage the logistics of the operation, including inventory management, fleet management, and supply chain management - Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability of our supply chain - Work closely with the Growth Lead and the on-ground team to ensure optimal unit economics and customer satisfaction - Build and manage a team of mechanics, providing training and support as needed - Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and escalations as needed - Collect and analyze data to measure the performance of the operation and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and productivity - Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management - Running of on-ground physical marketing events Key skills required - 8-12 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management - Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Strong organizational and communication skills - Experience in logistics and supply chain management - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Entrepreneurial spirit to help shape our operations initiatives and company Education Qualifications: - Master's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
