We are looking for a highly experienced Tool Room Operations Head to lead tool room operations, tool development, die maintenance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in tooling operations, CNC machining, and manufacturing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end tool room operations and tooling strategy

- Manage tool design, development, maintenance, and lifecycle management

- Oversee die maintenance and tooling performance optimization

- Supervise CNC machining operations and process control activities

- Drive process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives

- Ensure timely availability of tools for production requirements

- Monitor tooling costs, quality standards, and operational efficiency

- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for smooth execution

- Implement best practices in tooling, machining, and preventive maintenance

- Lead and develop tool room teams and technical resources
