Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Operations Head to lead and drive end-to-end operational excellence across manufacturing and plant operations. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale operations, driving productivity, optimizing costs, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving business goals through strong operational governance, process improvements, quality management, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead overall plant and business operations to achieve organizational objectives.
- Drive operational strategies aligned with business growth and profitability targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of production planning and manufacturing operations.
- Monitor plant productivity, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives for process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
- Manage production costs, operational budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance policies, and operational SOPs.
- Drive implementation of safety standards and EHS practices across operations.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, maintenance, and quality teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor equipment utilization and reduce operational downtime.
- Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity, and organizational discipline.
- Strengthen operational controls and performance monitoring systems.
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives for operational excellence.
- Manage stakeholder relationships including vendors, contractors, and internal leadership teams.
- Ensure timely reporting of operational MIS, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Build high-performing teams through mentoring, coaching, and leadership development.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 22 - 29 years of experience in operations leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing large manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Strong exposure to strategic planning, plant operations, and business excellence.
- Experience in handling high-volume production environments preferred.
- Engineering degree with MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in driving operational transformation and profitability
