
A fast-growing premium managed workspace company is hiring an experienced Operations Head to lead end-to-end workspace operations, client delivery, and center profitability across multiple locations.
This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in facilities management, commercial operations, vendor management, client experience, and multi-site operational execution in a fast-scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own day-to-day operations across all centers
- Drive occupancy, revenue optimization & cost efficiency
- Manage facilities operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, travel desk & office services
- Handle vendor management, procurement, AMCs, SLAs & commercial negotiations
- Lead office setup, refurbishments & expansion projects within timelines and budgets
- Ensure premium client experience, retention & renewals
- Build scalable SOPs, MIS & operational systems
- Lead and scale cross-functional operations and facility teams
Ideal Candidate :
8-15 years of relevant experience in:
- Managed Workspaces / Coworking
- Commercial Real Estate
- Facilities Management
- Hospitality / Retail Operations
Strong exposure to:
- Multi-site operations management
- Office fit-outs & project execution
