Operations Head - Luxury Retail

Education: MBA from Tier - 1 Institute - Mandatory

Role Overview:

We are looking for a retail operations leader with a strong understanding of premium and luxury retail to lead and elevate a prestigious international luxury fashion portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end - to - end multi - store retail operations.

- Drive sales, productivity, profitability and operational excellence.

- Ensure premium brand standards and customer experience across stores.

- Monitor store KPIs and improve overall business performance.

- Lead, mentor and develop high - performing retail teams.

- Drive SOPs, compliance, governance and operational efficiency.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, VM and Supply Chain teams.

- Contribute to business planning, budgeting and growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5 - 12 years of experience in Retail Operations.

- Experience in Premium, Luxury, Fashion or Lifestyle Retail.

- MBA from a Tier - 1 Institute - Mandatory.

- Strong multi - store operations experience.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong commercial and business acumen.

- Mumbai - based or willing to relocate.

Titan - ABFRL - Arvind - Bestseller - Apparel Group - Levi's and similar premium retail organisations
