Location: Gurugram
We are looking for a senior Head of Operations to partner directly with the Chairman/MD and drive end-to-end operational excellence.
Experience: 10-15 years post-MBA
Education: Full-time 2-year MBA from Tier-1 Institutes (IIMs / ISB / XLRI / SPJIMR or equivalent)
Core Expertise:
- Operations leadership & execution
- Large-scale Event & program management
- Strong exposure to government procedures, compliance & regulatory processes
- Stakeholder & vendor management at senior levels

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Leadership:
- Act as the principal operations partner to the Chairman/MD, translating vision into scalable, executable operating plans.
- Lead and optimize organization-wide operations, ensuring efficiency, governance, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive SOP creation, process standardization, cost optimization, and performance metrics across functions.
Event & Program Management:
- Oversee planning and execution of large-scale, high-visibility events (national/international, multi-stakeholder).
- Ensure flawless coordination across logistics, vendors, government agencies, internal teams, and external partners.
- Own end-to-end delivery with strong risk management and contingency planning.
Government & Regulatory Interface:
- Manage interactions with government departments, PSUs, regulatory bodies, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with government procedures, approvals, tenders, contracts, and policy frameworks.
- Handle documentation, audits, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional operations teams.
- Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and partners with executive presence and negotiation strength.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on operational risks, governance, and execution readiness.
