Job Description:

- Retired Colonel - Senior Defence Officer with strong leadership, administration and team management experience.

- Responsible for end-to-end Greenfield plant setup, from initial stage to operationalization.

- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, hiring, training and team formation for the new plant.

- Manage plant administration, site infrastructure, security, facilities, vendors and contractors.

- Coordinate plant construction, machinery installation, commissioning and operational readiness.

- Establish SOPs, systems, processes, discipline and compliance for smooth plant operations.

- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take the plant from setup to commercial operations.

- We are seeking a disciplined and strategic Retired Colonel to join our leadership team in Gujarat as the Operations Head. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end operational framework, ensuring that our large-scale projects are executed with military precision and efficiency.

- You will act as the primary bridge between executive leadership, on-ground project teams, and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. By streamlining administrative workflows and enforcing rigorous compliance standards, you will directly influence the company's bottom line, driving cost optimization and operational resilience across all business units.
