Job Description:

We're looking for a bold, design-driven leader to build and lead an in-house Graphics Function that will define the visual language of a fast-growing FMCG brand. This role blends creative vision with strategic impact-owning packaging aesthetics, visual storytelling, and design systems that drive consumer love and brand growth.

What You'll Own:

- Lead the end-to-end packaging and visual design across categories and formats

- Translate brand strategy and consumer insight into high-impact, shelf-winning designs

- Build and mentor a high-performing design team

- Drive speed and efficiency in packaging launches and refreshes

- Champion sustainability and design compliance

What We're Looking For:

- 9-12 years in packaging graphics, brand identity, or visual communication (FMCG/CPG preferred)

- Strong portfolio spanning packaging, branding, and promotional design

- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Packaging & Purchase

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D tools, and print production workflows

- Passion for consumer behavior, visual trends, and storytelling
