Operations Head Ahmedabad Plant
Key Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA (Operations) will be preferred.
- 18-25 years of experience in the Flexible Packaging Film manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in plant operations.
- Experience in BOPP, BOPET, CPP, or other flexible packaging film manufacturing will be preferred.
- Direct end-to-end plant operations to ensure production targets are met with optimal resource utilization and minimal downtime.
- Spearhead production planning strategies to align manufacturing output with fluctuating market demand and inventory requirements.
- Implement rigorous quality control frameworks to maintain industry-leading standards and minimize product rejection rates.
- Oversee comprehensive maintenance schedules for machinery and infrastructure to ensure long-term asset reliability and safety.
Proven experience in managing complete plant operations, including:
1. Production
2. Production Planning
3. Quality
4. Maintenance
5. Dispatch
- Strong ability to optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and other resources.
- Experience in achieving production targets and ensuring adherence to production plans.
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve plant efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
