Experience: 12-20 years (Travel Industry - FIT & Group Travel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and budget objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Frontline Tour Operators (FTOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs) to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Market Insight & Product Design: Analyze market trends, competition, and historical performance to conceptualize innovative and compelling travel itineraries.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, manage supplier/vendor networks, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient execution.
- Product Development: Drive creative product innovation focusing on unique travel experiences that align with evolving customer preferences.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing teamfostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, GOP, and cost controls, ensuring minimal operational losses.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company quality standards, operational guidelines, and system utilization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal departments and external partners to ensure flawless program delivery.
