Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Take overall leadership responsibility for the Chennai centre and its day-to-day operations.

- Partner with global leadership to align the centre with wider business priorities.

- Lead and engage multiple functions including Technology, Data, Finance, HR, Customer Support and Operations.

- Drive improvements in productivity, processes, service quality and operational effectiveness.

- Build a strong local leadership team and create a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

- Support the centre's growth through effective workforce planning, resource management and operational governance.

- Manage budgets, facilities, vendors and other site-level requirements.

- Act as the senior escalation point for critical operational and employee matters.

- Strengthen collaboration between the Chennai centre and teams across international locations.

- Lead the centre through changing business priorities while maintaining operational stability.

Ideal Profile:

- 12+ years of overall experience in Operations - General Management.

- Strong experience in GCC - GBS - Shared Services - Global Delivery Centre - Captive Centre environments.

- Experience leading a 100+ employee multi-functional centre - site.

- Proven experience as a Centre Head, Site Head, GCC Head, Operations Head, Country Head or similar leadership role.

- Strong exposure to working with global stakeholders and matrix organisations.

- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budget and resource management.
