Job Summary:
The Opera)ons Head for India will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Talent at Work's opera)ons in India. This includes strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and ensuring opera)onal efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Indian market, a proven track record of scaling businesses, and a passion for building high- performing teams.

We are a fully remote team with leadership based out of Dubai. You can join us and work from home (open office) wherever you are based in India.
Who We Are:
Talent at Work (TaW) is a UAE-based startup with a unique business concept offering Association Representation Services for western-based associations looking to expand their outreach in India, South Asia and MENAT regions.
How Will You Contribute:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the organiza)on's opera)onal strategy for the Indian market, aligning it with global business objec)ves. Drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Business Development: Iden)fy and pursue new business opportuni)es, partnerships, and market expansions for TaW and TaW's clients. Represent the organiza)on in key industry forums and with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all India-related maXers.
- Maintain strong rela)onships with internal and external stakeholders, including TaW's customers, partners, and government agencies, as well as TaW's clients' stakeholders.
- Opera:onal Management: Oversee day-to-day opera)ons, including supply chain, logis)cs, customer service, and business process op)miza)on. Ensure opera)onal excellence and efficiency across all func)ons.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of collabora)on, innova)on, and accountability.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all opera)ons comply with local laws, regula)ons, and company policies. Mi)gate opera)onal risks and ensure business con)nuity.
What You Need:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in opera)ons management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in scaling a business from the ground up or managing significant growth in the Indian market.
- Deep understanding of the Indian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
- Strong background strategic planning and team leadership.
- Experience in the educa)on/training/consul)ng/ associa)on industry is required.
- Excep)onal leadership, nego)a)on, stakeholder management, and communica)on skills.
- Strong analy)cal and problem-solving abili)es.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a must. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
