xto10x was founded by Binny (co-founder, Flipkart), Saiki (Ex-McKinsey, Ola & Flipkart) & Neeraj (Ex- Cure.Fit & Flipkart) with the vision of helping startups all over the world scale into world-class companies. We have already worked with ~300 top startups in India (Series A/B/C+) & SEA.

What have we been doing in the Operations Excellence practice?:

- Deep operating partnerships with 50+ startups on topics like cost transformation, reliability improvement, control tower setup & process excellence; ranging from EdTech to Health Tech to Commerce.

- Launched 10xOps Academy: a 12 week capability building intervention for ops heavy startups, we've worked with 30+ companies through the first six cohorts of the program.

What will this role do?:

- Collaborate with Clients (Founders & Leadership team) to understand the business aspirations, frame the agenda, carry out deep diagnosis & arrive at value at stake on key operating dimensions.

- Identify high impact initiatives & play a leading role in diagnosis, solution design & governance.

- Orchestrate the implementation of the plans, track the progress and own impact.

- Continuously learn and build on the experience to emerge as a thought leader in operations.

- Actively contribute to building the practice through involvement in GTM, delivery design etc.

Competencies required:

- Thought Leadership: Solve complex problems by combining structured thinking, pattern recognition & past experience; convert work done into high quality content & reference materials.

Ideal profile (Indicative):

- Education: B-Tech+.

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience (preferred domains: Sales & Operations Planning, SCM/Ops Design, Warehouse design, Inventory Management, IPC (Inventory Planning & Control), Manufacturing Excellence, Exposure to core operations/SCM sectors is a bonus!).

- Sectors: ecommerce, D2C, logistics, ops for consumer tech.

- High on curiosity, diligence, problem solving & analytical skills.
