
- We are hiring an Operations Consultant for the Leasing / Asset Financing industry.
- The role involves assisting with day-to-day operational activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to grow in leasing and asset management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities related to leasing and asset management.
- Maintain accurate documentation, agreements, and lease records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for contract execution, invoicing, and compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders for operational queries.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups for smooth business operations.
- Support adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and data tracking for management review.
- Assist in identifying gaps in operational workflows and suggest improvements.
- Support automation and digitization initiatives in leasing operations.
Key Skills Qualifications:
- Master's/ Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in operations (leasing, financial services, or asset management preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of leasing contracts, invoicing, and compliance (preferred).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
