Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-impact professional to join the COOs office in Mumbai, acting as a strategic pivot point for the organizations operational excellence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring that the companys insurance operations are not only efficient but also scalable.

You will work directly with the leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives, monitor business performance metrics, and translate complex data into actionable insights. By streamlining processes and fostering alignment across departments, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm's growth trajectory and enhancing overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead strategic projects and operational initiatives on behalf of the COO to ensure organizational goals are met with precision and speed.

- Analyze insurance operations workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and customer service delivery.

- Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, sales, and technology to synchronize business operations and ensure unified execution of corporate strategy.

- Prepare comprehensive business reviews and management dashboards to provide the leadership team with clear visibility into performance metrics and market trends.

- Manage complex, cross-functional programs from inception to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders remain aligned and project milestones are achieved on time.

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex business problems into clear, strategic roadmaps that drive measurable operational improvements.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence senior leadership and build consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams.

- Proven expertise in managing insurance-specific operational frameworks, including a deep understanding of policy administration, claims processing, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical or operational concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

- A postgraduate degree from a premier business school is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in general management and corporate strategy.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the flexibility to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to the evolving needs of the leadership office.
