Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor warehouse KPIs: order processing TAT, inventory turnover, reverse logistics timelines.

2. Logistics & Last-Mile Tracking

- Build courier allocation models to optimize cost and reduce delays based on zones and weight
slabs.

3. Advanced Excel Automation

- Pivot Tables and slicers for interactive reports

- Nested formulas, array functions, and INDEX-MATCH logic for SKU planning

4. Dashboarding

- Warehouse throughput (inbound/outbound trends, TAT, aging)

- Inventory health (stock cover, sell-through, replenishment)

- Logistics tracking (dispatch vs delivery, courier TAT, cost/order)

5. Inventory Split across Multiple WH

Required Qualifications:

- 2 4 years of experience in supply chain operations, 3PL or logistics analytics.

- Advanced Excel expertise: PivotTables, complex formulas, VBA/macros.

- Experience with WMS/OMS systems (Unicommerce, Vinculum, SAP, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):

- Experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, or multi-WH networks.
