Job Description : Operational Head ( Manufacturing)

Reporting Analysis: Prepare regular reports on manufacturing performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management.

Job Location : UAE

Reporting into the MD :

- Operational Strategy & Execution

- Oversee manufacturing facility and ensure operational efficiency.

- Developing production plans, managing budgets, and integrating new technology

- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across unit.

- Reduce waste, and increase profitability.

- Collaborate with project leaders to define objectives, milestones, and resource allocation plans

- Lead cross-functional departments including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics, ensuring alignment and seamless integration.

- Monitor key operational KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

- Introduce modern technologies and automation systems .

- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring 100% compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Reporting Analysis: Prepare regular reports on manufacturing performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Operations Management.

- Extensive senior-level experience in production, process improvement, and leadership.
