Operational Excellence Lead

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing environments

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement experience

- Exposure to Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain

- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience

- Expertise in Lean methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, Waste Elimination)

- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, DOE, SPC)

- Hands-on experience with RCA, 8D, FMEA, and OEE improvement

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational excellence and business transformation initiatives across manufacturing locations

- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, cost, safety, and delivery performance

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements

- Partner with plant and functional leaders to improve manufacturing efficiency

- Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects

- Coach and mentor teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies

- Manage cross-functional projects across Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain

- Monitor project outcomes and ensure measurable business impact
