Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Vendor Management:

- Manage end-to-end vendor operations including onboarding, contract coordination, renewals, dispute resolution, payment tracking, and relationship management.

- Build scalable operational workflows and SOPs across business functions.

- Own execution of high-impact operational initiatives and internal process improvements.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Manage daily/weekly reporting dashboards across revenue, customer success, finance, support, and operational metrics.

- Maintain data hygiene and proactively identify operational gaps or anomalies.

- Drive reporting cadence and operational review processes.

Cross-functional Project Management:

- Lead projects involving multiple teams including operations, product, finance, customer success, and leadership.

- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

- Ensure smooth execution of launches, migrations, automation rollouts, and internal initiatives.

AI Automation & Internal Tooling:

- Build and manage internal automations using tools like Claude, GPT, n8n, Zapier, Make, Retool, etc.

- Identify repetitive workflows and automate operational processes.

- Collaborate with teams to improve productivity through AI-led solutions.

Finance & Compliance Operations:

- Support revenue reconciliation, expense analysis, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

- Handle operational aspects of MRR/NRR/GRR reporting.

- Coordinate compliance-related documentation including contracts, GDPR forms, tax/vendor documentation, and operational approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of experience in Operations, Founders Office, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or Strategic Operations roles within B2B SaaS/startup environments.

- Strong understanding of business operations, reporting, and workflow optimization.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and operational tooling.

- Exposure to Stripe, ChartMogul, Retool, ClickUp, PostHog, or similar SaaS platforms.

- Ability to build dashboards, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

- Comfortable working independently in high-ownership environments.

- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in SaaS, SalesTech, Martech, or AI-driven startups.

- Prior experience working closely with founders or leadership teams.

- Exposure to automation-led operational transformation.

- Strong analytical and business decision-making ability.
