Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products. Responsibilities: 1. Developing and executing a trade marketing strategy 2. Building relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors 3. Planning and execution of occasion/festival/event based promos/programs 4. Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals. 5. Budgeting for TM spends across all brands/channels/regions 6. Plan/implement merchandising/visibility progress 7. Creating sales collateral and promotional materials 8. Conducting market research and analyzing data 9. Managing budgets and measuring ROI Requirements: 1. MBA from a tier 1 college 2. You have prior experience in Trade Marketing & General Trade Sales 3. You have strong communication & interpersonal skills. 4. You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data. 5. You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
