About the role: - We are looking to add fuel to our leadership team for the next phase of growth as we aim to become a household name! As the Offline Sales Lead, you will be part of the leadership team and be responsible for building the General Trade, Modern Trade and HoReCa Channels. - This is a leadership role wherein the incumbent would be expected to lead, guide and coach regional sales teams towards delivering a high growth business - This job involves using deep channel understanding, data-driven rapid experimentation, experience of leading teams to identify strategies and push beyond traditional ecommerce practices - Building and maintaining best in class models/dashboards that communicate key performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders - Will require collaboration with cross functional teams like Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing. A team leader who can guide and coach the key account managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales officers, data analysts reporting to him/her - The person should have a strong understanding of P&L and have proficiency in planning, sales forecasting, decision making, staffing, stakeholder management, new partnerships and process Improvement.
