About the Founder & CEO:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyze financial performance and variances to provide insights and recommendations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of budgets. Analyze discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance and provide explanations and solutions.
Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Strategic Support:
- Partner with business units to understand financial implications of business decisions and strategic initiatives. Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ad Hoc Projects:
- Conduct special financial analyses and support ad hoc projects as required by management.
Qualifications:
1. CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
2. 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
