She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products. Key Responsibilities : 1. Coordinate with channel owners for demand forecasts, campaigns / events planned during upcoming month and quarter 2. Translate this to requirement for inventory, processing capacity and logistics 3. Determine inventory requirement at WH level based on WH allocation . Coordinate with procurement team about the future inventory requirements (own products and partner brands) 4. Assist in network planning 5. Work as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives. What we look for : 1. Ecommerce or Retail operations or planning experience 2. Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment 3. Ability to meet deadlines 4.
