About the Founder & CEO:

Ahana, a Harvard Business School graduate with a B.Tech from IIT Bombay, is a firm believer in the power of compounding-both in her career and personal life. Dedicated to her work, healthy lifestyle, and a persistent mindset, she began her professional journey at P&G, where she gained expertise in supply chain, finance, and marketing. She then further honed her skills at General Mills in the U.S., where she led the launch of natural and organic food products. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Packaging Designer to lead the development of our packaging solutions. This role will play a crucial part in translating our brand identity into compelling packaging designs that stand out on shelves and resonate with our consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional packaging designs, and experience working within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Product Packaging

- Lead the creation of packaging concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends. Provide creative direction and oversee the design process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to understand product requirements, target audience, and logistical considerations.

- Trend Analysis : Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform design strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

- Sustainability Focus: Develop packaging solutions that are environmentally friendly and align with our sustainability goals, exploring innovative materials and processes.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and manufacturers.

Quality Control:

- Oversee the production process to ensure design integrity and resolve any issues that arise during production. Ensure all packaging meets regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of packaging designs and innovative solutions.

Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools. Strong understanding of packaging materials and production processes.
