About the role: - We are looking to add fuel to our leadership team for the next phase of growth as we aim to become a household name! As the Offline Sales Lead, you will be part of the leadership team and be responsible for building the General Trade, Modern Trade and HoReCa Channels. - This is a leadership role wherein the incumbent would be expected to lead, guide and coach regional sales teams towards delivering a high growth business - This job involves using deep channel understanding, data-driven rapid experimentation, experience of leading teams to identify strategies and push beyond traditional ecommerce practices - Building and maintaining best in class models/dashboards that communicate key performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders - Will require collaboration with cross functional teams like Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing.
