Role Overview: As a Finance Manager with Compliance Experience at Open Secret, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain efficient financial control systems while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management: Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. 2. Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and other applicable industry-specific regulations. 3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing appropriate controls, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring key financial indicators. 4. Education: CA/ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred. 2. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on compliance and financial control. 3. Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, such as GAAP, IFRS, SEC, or other applicable industry-specific regulations. 4. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a finance team, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals. 5.
