About the Founder & CEO:
Ahana, a Harvard Business School graduate with a B.Tech from IIT Bombay, is a firm believer in the power of compounding-both in her career and personal life. Dedicated to her work, healthy lifestyle, and a persistent mindset, she began her professional journey at P&G, where she gained expertise in supply chain, finance, and marketing. She then further honed her skills at General Mills in the U.S., where she led the launch of natural and organic food products. Drawing on her deep experience in the food industry, Ahana founded Open Secret, a Series-B
funded company focused on transforming the snacking market. Ahana brings exceptional leadership skills to the table and is known for her ability to motivate and inspire her team. She has a unique talent for looking at challenges from a broader perspective, which has been crucial to her success in driving Open Secret's growth.
Role Overview
The Creative Head at Open Secret will be the custodian of the brand's creative vision and storytelling. This role leads all creative expression across platforms-digital, packaging, campaigns, social media, films, and brand experiences-ensuring consistency, originality, and emotional resonance while driving brand growth. You will work closely with marketing, growth, product, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative narratives that reinforce Open Secret's promise of clean, honest, and delicious food.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Leadership
- Own and evolve Open Secret's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual language
- Ensure all creative output aligns with the brand's purpose, values, and positioning
- Act as the final creative authority across all consumer-facing communication
Campaigns & Storytelling
- Conceptualize and lead integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, offline, influencer, video)
- Develop strong storytelling frameworks that communicate health, transparency, and indulgence without compromise
- Oversee campaign execution from ideation to launch, ensuring high creative standards
Content & Digital
- Drive creative direction for social media, performance creatives, website, and content marketing
- Collaborate with growth teams to balance brand building and performance-driven creativity
- Ensure creative effectiveness across formats (short-form video, static, copy, reels, ads)
Packaging & Product Communication
- Lead creative development for packaging design, on-pack communication, and NPD launches
- Ensure packaging reflects Open Secret's clean-label ethos while standing out on shelves
- Lead, mentor, and inspire internal creative teams (design, copy, video)
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
Key Skills & Competencies
- Must have relevant experience into Creative, Social Media Marketing. Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
- Must have handled team in the past.
- Deep understanding of branding, design, and content ecosystem
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, food, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to translate strategy into powerful creative ideas
- Leadership skills with a hands-on creative mindset
- Strong aesthetic sense combined with business acumen.
