Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products. Key Responsibilities: - Support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and key business projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Category, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of business priorities. - Conduct data analysis and prepare insights to support decision-making. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and suggest corrective actions. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews. - Contribute to process improvement and efficiency projects across the value chain. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience as a CEO's Office in Supply Chain / Operations / Planning. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, start-up environment. - Prior experience in a food or FMCG start-up will be a strong advantage.
