- Drive the leasing strategy for corporate offices and retail spaces to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
- Lead office leasing initiatives, including prospecting, site visits, financial deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, IPCs (International Property Consultants), brokers, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are accurate and in line with regulations.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding seamlessly.
- Analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to strengthen pricing, leasing, and marketing strategies.
- Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all leasing and marketing activities align with corporate governance, compliance, and sustainability goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 - 15 years of experience in Corporate Leasing (Office & Retail), with at least 3 years of core office leasing experience.
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management, IPC channel management, and contract negotiations.
- Working knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in leasing.
- Exposure to marketing, branding, and promotional activities in commercial real estate projects preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
