What you'll be doing: - Craft original and compelling campaigns to drive engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube) - Create conversational content across formats like videos, images, stories, live-streams, conversation starters, polls and everything in between - Ensure all content is consistent in terms of Opens brand voice, style &amp; stays true to our messaging goal - Maintain a calendar and ensure a healthy content tempo - Apply creative thinking to analyse fintech industry trends, events, etc and how they can be utilized to drive Opens social distribution strategy - Work closely with all the departments to plan and publish a good mix of original and promotional content around Open - Champion regular reporting of campaign performance and hitting of growth metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) - Identify fintech influencers to follow and engage with and fan communities to interact with to drive Opens brand visibility. - Leverage best practices, optimization tips, and SEO techniques to oversee posting guidelines along the lines of images, tags, descriptions, and metadata What you'll bring along: - 2 to 3 yrs of work exp in social media marketing &amp; are actively looking to level up - Good grasp of analytics to constantly mine for actionable insights - Ability to be a self starter who is real fast. Open is growing really fast &amp; well need you to drive that boost - Thirst to be constantly learning, experimenting, failing &amp; going at it again - Ability to thrive in chaos and build planes while you fly them
