About the Role
Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Manager who can scale OPENs digital presence and drive powerful storytelling across our four brands : Open Money, Zwitch, Open Capital, and Optotax.
You will craft high-quality content, elevate leadership positioning on various social media channels (LinkedIn,Meta, X etc), and build strong campaigns that influence enterprise decision-makers.
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Brand Leadership
- Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy for Open Money, Zwitch, Open Capital, and Optotax.
- Build platform-specific strategies with a strong focus on growth, leadership visibility, and enterprise brand recall.
- Create engaging content across formats - posts, reels, carousels, infographics, thought leadership, and short-form videos.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Build and manage the unified content calendar across all four brands by working closely with product, business, growth, and design teams.
- Write sharp, accurate content tailored for fintech, payments, lending, capital, tax compliance, and business finance audiences.
- Produce scripts, storyboards, and creative direction for campaigns, explainers, and employer branding videos.
Campaigns & Creative Execution
- Lead social-first campaigns end-to-end: conceptualization production publishing reporting.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, production partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality content at speed.
- Build employer branding campaigns that showcase OPENs culture, people, and innovation.
Performance & Growth
- Maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards for all four brands.
- Analyze data to optimize formats, hooks, narratives, and channel strategies.
- Experiment with new content frameworks, storytelling formats, posting styles, and platform innovations.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure messaging quality, clarity, and tonality across all outward-facing content for the four brands and leadership pages.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in social media/content marketing - agency experience is a strong added advantage.
- Proven ability to simplify complex fintech or B2B concepts into clear, impactful content.
- Experience creating content across formats - social media, blogs, product comms, ads, scripts, videos.
- Understanding of fintech, digital payments, lending, taxation, APIs, or B2B SaaS (preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using social/SEO/content performance tools.
- High ownership, creativity, speed, and ability to ship high-quality content consistently.
