Experience:- 5-8 years (B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise tech)

Location:- Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- 5-8 years of content writing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise tech.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-team collaboration abilities, including stakeholder management and executive communication.

- Creativity combined with rigorous project management and the ability to work independently and strategically.

- Proven ability to write thought-leadership content, whitepapers, and long-form strategic pieces.

- Deep understanding of digital channels (blog, social media, product pages), SEO, performance analysis, and content management tools.

- Strong grasp of financial workflows, business operations, payments, and compliance (or ability to learn fast).

- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, actionable content.

- Understanding of SEO/GEO, topic clusters, and content strategy.

- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to accelerate research, outlining, and drafting while maintaining a strict human touch

- Portfolio with samples of thought leadership, product content, and long-form writing (required).

Own end-to-end content strategy:

- Develop and execute the overarching content strategy, aligning all communications with brand guidelines and key business objectives.

- Create and maintain a content calendar, managing production of thought leadership, product messaging, website copy, sales collateral, and marketing campaigns.

- Lead and mentor other team members like writers, designers, analysts, and manage agency/vendor relationships when needed.

- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to refine content positioning and ensure differentiation.

- Own quality control, success monitoring, and process improvements for brand and content initiatives.

Thought Leadership & Industry POV:

- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes; proactively propose new content topics to address emerging fintech developments.

- Write authoritative content on business banking, AP automation, Payments, compliance, and financial operations.

- Build OPENs voice as a category leader through insights-driven storytelling.

- Create articles, opinion pieces, trend reports, and deep-dive industry explainers.

Requirements:

Product & Website Content:

- Write and optimize product descriptions, and campaign copy that align with OPENs brand language and voice

- Develop crisp, compelling product messaging for accounts payable, banking, payment gateway (for Zwitch), and other financial products.

- Write and update website copy, landing pages, feature pages, and product walkthrough content.

- Translate technical product features into clear, value-driven benefits.

Sales Enablement Content:

- Work closely with sales teams to create: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, product brochures, solution briefs

- Ensure all sales artifacts follow consistent brand language and positioning.

- Write high-performing concise, persuasive content for social media channels, announcements, feature drops, campaigns, reels scripts, and ads.

- Own creative content for digital marketing, WhatsApp, Email newsletters, sales collateral, and product launch artifacts.
