Job Description: Regional Corporate Sales Manager Position: Regional Corporate Sales Manager Location: Bangalore/Delhi/NCR Job Summary : As a Regional Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our B2B sales initiatives in a specific geographic region. You will manage a team of sales executives, identify new business prospects, and drive sales growth to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a results-oriented mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies. Pay Structure : - During the initial three-month probation period, the monthly compensation will be performance-based. You will receive a flat 15% commission on B2B sales. - Upon successful completion of the probation period and meeting the minimum performance expectations, you will transition to a fixed payroll. - CTC: Negotiable Key Responsibilities : - Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and drive business growth in the region. - Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, encouraging repeat business, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. - Market Research: Regularly conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth. - Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights on performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement. - Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales materials, promotional campaigns, and product positioning strategies. - Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control. Requirements : - Education: Possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Demonstrate a successful track record in B2B sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
