We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Logistics Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has hands-on experience in digitally-enabled logistics operations.

Role Overview:

- As a Project Lead - Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and optimization of logistics projects by leveraging in-house technology platforms and data tools.

- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Technology Integration:

- Ensure end-to-end adoption of in-house logistics technology across trip execution, tracking, and reporting.

Trip & Performance Analytics:

- Manage and maintain daily Trip MIS using real-time data collected via mobile apps and IoT devices.

- Identify trends and drive actionable insights.

Billing Operations Management:

- Collaborate with Regional Managers to ensure timely and accurate monthly billing cycles for both vendors and clients.

Fleet & Capacity Planning:

- Ensure optimal vehicle availability for daily manifests using forecasting models and digital fleet visibility tools.

Issue Resolution & Incident Management:

- Take ownership of operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain SLAs using digital escalation and ticketing systems.

Operational Leadership:

- Supervise on-ground and remote teams, manage vendor performance, and uphold process discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred)

- Strong command over logistics management tools, Android-based applications, and TMS/ERP platforms

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)

- Proficiency in using logistics software platforms, GPS systems, and app-based fleet tracking

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in dynamic shift-based environments

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
