Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial and personal P&C insurance clients across targeted industries and geographies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, focusing on premium generation and client retention.
- Identify client needs and risk exposures, and recommend tailored insurance solutions including property, general liability, auto, workers compensation, and specialty lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners to ensure competitive pricing, coverage optimization, and seamless service delivery.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and account managementto ensure high-quality client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to position the firms value proposition effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
