Onsurity - P&C Insurance Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial and personal P&C insurance clients across targeted industries and geographies.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, focusing on premium generation and client retention.

- Identify client needs and risk exposures, and recommend tailored insurance solutions including property, general liability, auto, workers compensation, and specialty lines.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners to ensure competitive pricing, coverage optimization, and seamless service delivery.

- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and account managementto ensure high-quality client onboarding and ongoing support.

- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to position the firms value proposition effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (Certifications like IRDAI, CPCU, or ARM are a plus)with MBA.

- 3-7 years of proven experience in P&C insurance sales, preferably in a brokerage or carrier environment.

- Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management practices.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly.

- Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a passion for solving client challenges.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms
