What you'll offer us - - Identify, gather and assess potential sources of data and analytics, to help provide comprehensive, actionable insights for the community, platform, user and partner. - Build and own an authoritative source of the entire data needed for company's reporting, intelligence and analytics needs accordingly to data currency and retention needs. - Build a top notch community platform and analytics organisation by hiring the highly talented product designers, managers, business/data analysts, quality associates, engineers and setting them for success. - Build intelligent, self-learning, exchange-based community platform and product that will act self-sufficient while safeguarding stakeholder interests and opportunity. - Apply industry-standard methodologies and new technologies to enhance productivity, quality and system performance. - Participate continuously in learning &amp; training opportunities related to BI technology trends and data analytics innovations. What you'll need : - 8+ years of Product Management coupled with marketplace or community platform design with data applications - A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading mobile / user interfaces and analytics function in a B2C data-driven organization. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or if you have co-founded a technology company that is acquired by one of the technology unicorns. - Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties. - Experience in managing an effective interface, product and analytics function to support 100% platform up-time and data democracy across the company. - Experience in managing multiple technology teams including experience managing other managers. - Capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines, have an ability to work in a group setting as well as in an independent position with a detail-oriented attitude. - Analytical and organized by nature, being able to effectively prioritize tasks, have exceptionally good problem solving skills, have an ability to work in a creative, collaborative and fast-evolving environment. - A passion for on-demand mobility / marketplace platforms. - Motivated and driven to take on additional responsibilities with a sense of urgency. - Willingness to learn and work in a hyper-growth company. - Comfortable with ambiguity and a bias to - fill the organizational gaps- when they occur.
