Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.

- Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to align strategies.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

- Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.

- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B lead/demand generation or related industries.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to work independently while driving team collaboration.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- High energy, target-driven mindset with a passion for sales growth.
