Only B2B is looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead to manage our Appointment Generation Specialists. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in outbound sales or lead generation who can lead by example, coach a team, and drive consistent results.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Appointment Generation Specialists to achieve performance goals.

- Support outreach efforts via calls, emails, and social platforms to drive qualified leads.

- Develop and refine strategies, scripts, and cadences for improved engagement and conversions.

- Track team performance using KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback.

- Align closely with Sales to ensure appointment targets support pipeline growth.

- Maintain CRM accuracy and leverage data for reporting and optimization.

- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct regular training for ongoing team development.


Requirements:


- 2-4 years of team leadership experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

- Strong organizational abilities with a results-driven mindset.

- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tech.

- Solid understanding of outbound sales strategies and KPIs.

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience leading a team in a B2B sales environment.

- Familiarity with SaaS or technology solutions.

- Skilled in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for outreach.

- Experience in coaching performance-based teams using data and metrics.
