By enabling Tier 1 retailers and marketplaces worldwide to activate more brands and leverage advanced targeting, we help them secure a lasting competitive edge.

Your Impact:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director - Product Marketing to architect and lead the next chapter of our growth journey. This role is for a strategic powerhouse-someone who thrives on shaping category leadership, building vibrant communities, crafting standout product narratives, and driving measurable revenue impact in high-growth enterprise SaaS environments.

What You'll Do:

1. Product Marketing & Positioning:

- Build and execute robust product marketing strategies that distinctly position our platform in a competitive market.

- Own product narrative, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and persona-based storytelling.

- Lead end-to-end product launches to ensure each release-big or small-lands with impact and clarity.

2. Content Strategy & Community Building:

- Architect a content engine that includes whitepapers, blogs, webinars, videos, and research reports aimed at high-intent enterprise decision-makers.

- Build and nurture a thriving community ecosystem using AMAs, podcasts, user groups, industry influencers, and brand advocates.

- Establish the company as a thought leader and category authority in Retail Media.

3. Demand Generation & Growth Campaigns:

- Design innovative, multi-channel demand generation programs across digital, events, partnerships, and thought leadership.

- Drive pipeline acceleration through tightly aligned collaboration with Sales, Product, and RevOps.

- Ensure measurable outcomes with clear attribution, funnel analytics, and continuous optimization.

- Develop powerful sales enablement assets including pitch decks, case studies, product guides, competitive battle-cards, and ROI calculators.

4. Sales Enablement & Enablement Programs:

- Develop powerful sales enablement assets including pitch decks, case studies, product guides, competitive battle-cards, and ROI calculators.

- Train internal and partner sales teams on product knowledge, competitive insights, and GTM strategy.

- Build a unified revenue engine by tightly integrating marketing activities with sales goals.

5. Competitive & Market Intelligence:

- Establish a formal market intelligence function tracking competitor strategies, pricing, product offerings, and macro trends.

- Translate insights into refined positioning, differentiated messaging, and stronger GTM strategies.

- Advise leadership on emerging opportunity spaces and potential threats.

6. Client Councils & Industry Evangelism:

- Conceptualize and lead a Client Advisory Council to cultivate deeper relationships with strategic customers.

- Engage with key clients, analysts, and influencers as a visible evangelist for the brand.

- Drive advocacy, referrals, and long-term loyalty through structured engagement programs.

7. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, demand gen, content, and brand.

- Instill operational rigor with data-driven processes, clear KPIs, experimentation frameworks, and continuous improvement.

- Foster a culture that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

8. Strategic Planning & Budget Ownership:

- Define the company's long-term marketing vision and translate it into clear, actionable strategies.

- Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring investments focus on high-impact, ROI-positive initiatives.

- Partner directly with executive leadership on company-level planning, forecasting, and GTM alignment.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles; enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.

- Proven success in scaling marketing functions through rapid-growth phases (Series B to Series D).

- Deep expertise in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Demand Generation, and Community Development.

- Strong understanding of Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, or related industries is highly desirable.

- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and messaging skills-able to simplify complexity with clarity and impact.

- Highly analytical with a strong command of data, experimentation, attribution, and full-funnel metrics.

- Experience building and managing cross-functional teams, with a track record of cultivating inclusive, high-performance cultures.

- Hands-on experience with modern marketing technologies including HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, ABM tools, and automation stacks.

- Strong strategic thinking, decisive leadership, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, scaling environments.
