Online Performance Lead
Location - Mumbai
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Online Performance Lead to drive our paid digital acquisition strategy. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end online performance marketing funnel. You will leverage Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms to acquire high-value customers, maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). The ideal candidate is a growth hacker with a deep understanding of e-commerce analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and the luxury consumer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, retargeting) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the entire online marketing funnel from impression to purchase, identifying and removing friction points to improve conversion rates.
- CRO & Experimentation: Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments on the website and landing pages. Use A/B testing and user behavior data to enhance the customer journey and increase checkout completion.
- Attribution & Analytics: Own attribution analysis to understand the multi-touch contribution of each channel. Provide actionable insights to allocate budgets effectively and scale profitable channels.
- Budget Management: Manage a significant monthly online ad budget with a focus on efficiency, ensuring strict adherence to ROAS and CAC targets.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain performance dashboards, providing clear weekly and monthly reports on key KPIs to senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Achieve and exceed target ROAS across all paid online channels.
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost): Optimize campaigns to lower CAC while scaling volume.
- Conversion Rate (CVR): Drive a consistent increase in the website conversion rate.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute significantly to overall e-commerce revenue targets through paid online media.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in online performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce, luxury retail, or D2C brands.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and attribution modeling. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- CRO Expertise: Proven track record of executing successful A/B tests and improving conversion rates.
- Luxury Market Understanding: A nuanced understanding of the luxury consumer's digital behavior, emphasizing brand safety, premium creative, and a high-touch online experience.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
